Orders

In order to be totally transparent CO.ME.GE SPA defined an order management procedure as follow. Additional o specific requirement could be agreed in accordance with customer specific customer requirement.

Order review
During this process comege analyze all technical, commercial and logistics aspects. If customer order is based on comege previous quotation it is recommended to put always the reference in the order.
In case of difference comege will reply with an order confirmation in five working days.

Technical development
Starting from customer drawing and other requirements comege technical staff compose the documents necessary to produce. In order to make more quickly processing lead time it would be appreciate to receive drawings from customer in e-format (stp; dxf; dwg;iges).

Production
The orders are processed as results of scheduling by comege logistic department. In case of change in scheduling comege give customer a quick reply in order to avoid problems in planning.

Packaging
The standard support used by comege is pallet EUR 80 X 120 with standard tag including the following information:

  • Order
  • Comege and customer code
  • Description
  • Quantity

Any other support different from pallet or standard tag must be agreed with COMEGE logistic staff.
